// LV //15. oktobrī plkst. 14.00 aicinām jaunos kino entuziastus un citus interesentus piedalīties kino darbnīcā "Iemūžināt iznīcību: dokumentālisms karā", ko vadīs latviešu jaunā režisore Līva Polkmane sadarbībā ar ukraiņu režisori un kino studenti Darju Molokedovu.
Darbnīcas ietvaros jaunieši izpētīs to, cik dažādos veidos ir iespējams konstruēt naratīvu, atklājot, kā audiovizuāla materiāla kombinēšana spēj iedarboties uz skatītāja uztveri, šo uzdevumu ne vien pašiem apspēlējot praktiski, bet arī plašāk to apgūstot diskusijā ar kino režisori Darju Molokoedovu, kura dalīsies ar pieredzi izstrādājot savu īsfilmu “Dizaineru iela”.
Darbnīca notiks bez maksas, iegādājoties biļeti uz izstādi.
Darbnīca notiks latviešu un krievu valodā.

On October 15 at 2 pm we are inviting young cinema enthusiasts and all interested to participate in a workshop "Capturing the Destruction: Documentalism in War" lead by young Latvian director Līva Polkmane in collaboration with a Ukrainian artist and student of film Daria Molokedova.
In this workshop people will explore in what ways one can build a narrative, discovering how combinations of audial and visual material can influence the viewer’s perception. This will not only be done practically, but also in a wider context, in a discussion with the director Darya Molokoedova, who will share her experience of working on her short film Designers Street.
The workshop is free of charge with a valid entrance ticket to the exhibition and will be held in Latvian and Russian.
Application is possible both individually and in groups.
