Hi There! if you're reading this then you must be a vendor interested in participating in the second annual Formed and Made Market on 9/14/24! The Market will be hosted outdoors in the downtown Waterloo Plaza. This market is complied of handmade and handpicked artist and creators! If you make cool stuff and want to sell it to huge crowds, you're in the right place! If you repurpose or thrift, you are also welcome to sell your Found items! This market is outdoors and will go on rain or shine. The booth fee is Non-refundable. Booth Sizes and Prices are in the questions below!

This is a Juried Market which means that we will pick and choose vendors that flow with the feel we're wanting to go for. This keeps our Market Clean and organized. If you do not get picked, please understand we only have so much room, but encourage you to reapply next year! New Market Items, MLM's or secondhand sellers,  will not be allowed. You must be the maker or founder of your items. We will also be welcoming food truck vendors!! 

 We are so excited to bring this Market back to the Cedar Valley again this year, and hope you are just as excited to apply!  YOU are responsible for contacting F&M if your email changes. Please be sure to double check spelling of your email before submitting. This will be the main point of contact.  If we have fulfilled our Max capacity, or have enough vendors in each category, you will be notified and placed on the waitlist. Acceptance Emails will go out as the committee reviews the applications coming in. A Square invoice will be sent to you shortly after. You will have 7 days to make a payment to secure your booth fee.

Water and Snacks will be provided midway through the event. Any other meals you will have to provide. This location will have many options to choose from in the area! *
Photos of your items are a requirement of your application. Please email 5-8 High quality photos to  formedandmade@gmail.com once you've submitted this application. It is important that your booth stands out as we want the quality of this market to stand out! For the Subject line please put your business name and "Application Photos".

To make this an incredible event it is crucial that you share this event to your social media platforms, as well as the Event that will be posted on Facebook.

 Businesses will be notified via email, no later than June 4th, if they have been accepted to join the 2024 Formed & Made Market.
Businesses will have 7 days after being notified of acceptance to send payment in order to secure booth.

  If you have been accepted you will receive an invoice/payment options, and a Welcome Email!

I understand I will be expected to bring my own tent and supplies to keep it weighted down and protected from wind or rain. Early Tear down will not be allowed under any circumstances. (Your tent does not need to be a specific color.) *
I understand that everything I bring must be made by me. MLM's are not allowed.

I understand that If I'm bringing thrifted items that It must be thrifted, not bought new and resold.
