Cloud Resume Champions (see https://cloudresumechallenge.dev/halloffame) are self-motivated, quick-learning career changers and new technologists from nontraditional backgrounds trying to break into a cloud career.

They have demonstrated their technical ability and serious mindset by completing the Cloud Resume Challenge, a difficult cloud project that often requires weeks of self-guided learning and building.

More than anything, they desperately need guidance from those who already work in cloud. That means YOU! This could be a referral to a hiring team inside your company, help polishing a resume, or just a coffee chat to share advice on how to break into the industry.
