We’re excited to invite vendors to join the 3rd Annual Back to School Bash, presented in collaboration with Grand Rapids Foodie Fest and Meaning in Colors.
As a community event supporting over 500+ students with free backpacks and school supplies, we’re seeking vendors to enhance the experience. Food vendors must provide free items to attendees, and we’re waiving fees for resource tables offering free giveaways and/or information. After distributing 250 free items, vendors are welcome to sell additional products. All vendors giving away free items will receive recognition on our social media and website.
This event aims to support over 500 students in the Grand Rapids Public Schools district with free backpacks and school supplies, available while supplies last. Our event will feature kid friendly activities including: Bounce houses, Face painting, Free haircuts, and giveaway prizes.

Estimated Attendance: 1,000+ individuals throughout the day.
