Dear Parents/Caregivers

Your child has expressed interest in representing the school in the North Shore (Year 9 and 10) Table Tennis League for term 3, 2021. This is a team competition with a minimum of 3 players required in each team.

Details are as follows:

GAME DATES -  August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
                           September 10th, 17th, 24th  (No games 3rd Sept. due to Winter Tournament)

GAME TIME - Friday 5.00pm - 7.00pm (Games start at 5pm sharp)
                        Friday 7.00pm - 9.00pm

VENUE - Activzone, 30 Downing Street, Glenfield
               Parking is available right next door at the Glenfield Mall and can be accessed from Downing Street
               above Activzone (2hr maximum)

UNIFORMS -  School PE shorts and shirt uniform including non-marking soft sole shoes to worn at all times. Any
                       player not wearing the correct clothing and footwear can have their game defaulted.

TRAINING - To be advised.

TRANSPORT - It is the responsibility of parent/caregivers to either transport their child to the games each week
                         or to arrange for another parent/caregiver to transport them. The school does not provide
                         transport for this competition.

REGISTRATION FEE - $60.00 per student

COMPULSORY ADMINISTRATION FEE - $25.00 (One payment of $25 will be charged regardless of the number of
                                                                     sports played)

For this length of time and at this level of competition each school team requires a manager.
The Managers are required to organise the team, ensuring all players and parents/caregivers are aware of game times and trainings. The Manager is required to attend the game each week (or roster a parent on) and oversee the team at the game. This person is to complete the score sheet before and after the game where needed, be aware of any medical problems of players in the team, implement the rules of the competition and supervise the players. Teams without supervision may lose by default.

Without parent volunteers it is impossible for teams to participate in the competition so if you are available to assist please tick the appropriate box on the form.

To ensure your child is registered for the North Shore (Year 9 and 10) Term 3 Table Tennis League for 2021, please complete the following form and submit by 9pm Sunday 4th July 2021. Please also ensure that the registration fee of $60.00 plus $25.00 Administration Fee is paid by 9pm Sunday 4th July 2021. If there is an issue with payment, please contact me to discuss payment options.
