All Toms River Blackhawks players, coaches, managers, and board members MUST have the following WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT RELATING TO 2019 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 on file with the club in order to participate in any Toms River Blackhawks activity (on-ice or off-ice) for the 2020-2021 travel hockey season.

Any participant who does NOT have a waiver on file with the club will NOT be able to participate in any Toms River Blackhawks activities.
