This is the official form to sign-up to volunteer at River Jam. River Jam weekend kicks off on Friday, August 19 with "Fringe Fest" at Shevenell Park, then all day Saturday, August 20 at Mechanics Park. You may sign up for as many shifts as you would like. We will write back with your confirmed shift(s) by Aug. 17.

2:30-4:30 p.m. Set-up street, tables, chairs, staging, & more

8:00-10:00 p.m. Break-down. Remove tables, chairs, staging, open street back up.

River Jam, Saturday, August 20th, Mechanics Park

9:00-11:00 a.m. General set-up of info booth, tents, signage

11 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Line management, Water Slide/Bounce House

1:00- 3:00 p.m. Line management, Water Slide/Bounce House

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. HOB volunteer/info booth

Noon-3 p.m. Try a Boat

1:00- 3:00 p.m. HOB volunteer/info booth

3-4:30 p.m. Assist with Beer Garden Set-Up, move pop-up tent, set-up lighting

4:15 - 6:45 p.m. Beer Garden Ticket Sales (not responsible for carding)

6:45 - 9:00 p.m. Beer Garden Ticket Sales (not responsible for carding)

9:00 - 11:00 p.m. Break down tents, tables, signage, collect trash. (Seeking heroes!)

4:00 pm and on Fireworks Duty - ensure no one trespasses to fireworks set up
