Digital Citizenship Workshop Parent Survey
Date: TBD
Start time: TBD

Media and technology are at the center of our daily lives. From a very young age, kids use technology at home and at school to enhance learning, connect with friends and family and to document their lives and create digital content of their own. With more and more of life happening online, what catches kids' attention isn't always what's best for them, and what companies do with their personal information isn't always clear. This is why Monticello Academy’s also includes Digital Citizenship in our curriculum. Digital Citizenship teaches students how to be safe and use technology in a responsible and respectful manner.

As part of our ongoing effort to instill these Digital Citizenship Guidelines within our students, we also would like to extend an invitation to our Monticello Parents. Our hope is that we can help every member of the Monticello Academy family learn more about how we can work together to build these essential skills in using digital media in a safe and productive way, creating balance for digital media use outside of school as well.
