Please use the form below to request prescription refills or food orders for your pet. Please allow 48 hours for order processing.

FOOD: Must be picked up at the office.

MEDICATIONS: Can be mailed or picked up at our office.

IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills and Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone or email to confirm processing and take payment information. We kindly ask that you do not come to the clinic until you have received confirmation to pick up your order.

Note: Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet prior to re-filling.
