Interview reviews
Hi guys! This is a general touch in with how you've responded to the new interview styled forums that was introduced a few months ago. This isn't compulsory nor is it going to impact anything other than my own insight into whether I should tweak it or not. Right now my worry is me deciding how long an answer should be. I have been known to ask people to write more based on my own judgement, which I feel sometime is a little unfair. However, my reasoning to this is usually because I want more substance to the answer. Remember the answers is to provide both a personality and a history to the character. I do expect everything you might put into the history/personality to also be provided in the interview answers (regardless of whether it is inner thoughts or the answer itself). Of course, I also provided a section below for anything that might need more detail. I am aware some may feel that the interview is the 'easy' option and a quick way for a character to be sorted. Which is not my intention and do expect people to put in as much as thought and care they might with the alternative forum. These questions really provide a way to think about different aspects of the character that you might not thought of otherwise. I do encourage you to do both interview questions and the history and personality! However,  I do acknowledge this can be rather subjective to my own judgement, which might differ to other people's. My one solution that I can think of right now is to provide a minimum sentence across all the questions (most likely 35-40 sentences). Either way, I do appreciate any other comments or suggestions!

How satisfied are you with the new forums? *
Not Satisfied
Very Satisfied
Do you think there should be a minimum set of sentences? *
Alternatively, do you think the minimum amount of questions should be raised to 15? *
Why?
Are you satisfied with the questions provided? *
Why? Do you think it's time for a change of questions? Is there any specific questions you want/don't want to see? *
Should the interview questions be separated to history section and personality section? In order to ensure people are answering both aspects, rather than relying on, for example, all the personality questions throughout the forum and neglecting the history side. This would mean that you'd have to answer a set amount of questions from each section. *
Should there be a different set of questions for students and adults rather than one umbrella set? *
I asked this previously, but are you satisfied with all the questions being on the template, or would you rather them be found somewhere else that you choose from? *
Do you have any additional comments or suggestions on how we improve the forum? Feel free to say you like it the way it is! Also- if you do have any questions, please provide username so I can get back to you. Thank you!
Now the most important question of all-how much do you love Time??
