Glens Falls City Schools Community: Childcare for Essential Healthcare Workers And First Responders
Dear Glens Falls families,

Governor Cuomo has issued an executive order requiring school districts to arrange care for children of essential health care workers and first responders. This survey will help us determine the needs within our community so that we and our community childcare partners can be as responsive as possible in assisting our families.

If you identify as a Health Care Worker or First Responder as defined below, please answer the following questions and submit this survey no later than Monday, March 23rd.  We thank you in advance for your help gathering this information.
