These online sessions are organized by the Association of Service Civil International ivzw (short: SCI), based in Antwerp, Belgium. They are a follow up of SCI's Peace in Practice project which was financially supported by the Council of Europe through the European Youth Foundation (short: donor).

SCI will use your personal data provided in the registration form for the following purposes:
- Preparation and organization of the online session(s) and follow up communication (e.g. sending additional materials) strictly linked to the online session(s).

SCI will store your data up to one month after the event after which it will be deleted, unless you specifically chose to be informed about the upcoming events. Your information will also be provided to the donor in the form of statistics (country of residence, age, the event you participated at).

Processing your information is necessary for compliance with the Association's legal obligation under the Peace in Practice agreement, 29.WP.2020, under Article 6(1)(c), 6(3) of the GDPR in order to accept your participation to the event(s).

With submitting this Application Form you accept the stated privacy terms of SCI and the donor.
