Pretend Contributor Application
Pretend is a multi-media platform and promotions company for alternative and underground music in the UK. We make videos, host radio shows, run a blog and put on events. At the moment, the project is a loose collection of creatives working across the creative industries supporting each other in projects they might not otherwise be able to pull off. If you want to get invovled, fill out the form below and we'll see what we can do.

Brief outline of what our contributors do:
Our contributors assist with content creation for the brand and generating new ideas of their own to further develop their own creative projects as well as to extend the reach of the Pretend brand.

As we move towards hosting events again we will also be looking for assistance with promotions, booking and on site work.

For those looking to develop photography and video skills some equipment and training can be provided on an ad hoc basis.

Desirable skills (not essential, can be developed)
Photography
Video Work
Music Journalism
Social Media - including basic use of photoshop/indesign
Event Promotion - from inception to delivery

Essential skills and knowledge
Good knowledge of the UK’s underground dance music and live alternative scenes.
