***Welcome Note from Coach Travis***
With a combination of 40+ years as athletes and trainers, Coaches DavidJon and I are a dynamic duo and leaders in our industry. Most importantly, we are both dads, (I'm a homeschool dad of 3) and coaches with the passion to build the next generation of strong, confident, responsible, respectful leaders. We build champions!

In our sessions, we teach kids safe, athletic movement and coach kids to develop a positive, growth mindset. Each session is geared towards all levels. Kids master the fundamentals of movement, gain speed, strength and coordination, and move past growth spurts with improved coordination and confidence. Any of our training sessions are perfect for energetic students and no prior athletic experience is needed.

If you don't see what you are looking for in PE, Running Club or Speed Club, we specialize in personal training, family training (yes, we do family bootcamps) fitness and nutrition. We are committed to serving our clients and meeting their unique needs. We're movement people, and movement is our passion.
