Thank you for your interest in joining the Mustang Family! Please fill out this form to begin the Kindergarten registration process and book an appointment to register your child on the following days; Tuesday, April 13th, Wednesday, April 14th and Thursday, April 15th. Your child does not need to be present at the time of registration. We will complete Kindergarten screenings at a later date.

When you arrive at your appointment time please wear a mask and have the following documents:
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Your child's birth certificate
Your child's social security card
Your child's shot record
2 proofs of residency
Court documents (if applicable)

Please keep in mind that if you are missing any required documents, we will not be able to register your child.
