Group Dance & Community Workshop Registration

In this series of 4 workshops, participants will develop resources for group movement through connection with themselves and others.

Participants will cultivate their improvisational natural movement resources as individuals and group members by developing freedom, awareness, and control using the principles of Mettler-based creative dance.

Mettler-based creative dance prioritizes accessible movement and teaches ways to understand the natural movement resources of individuals and groups through developing freedom, awareness, and control in improvisational group dances.

Open to all levels, including folks with no dance experience, & advanced dancers looking to improve improvisatory technique. These workshops are also open to all levels of ability.

This class is open to individuals 18+.

If you are interested in attending and are under 18, please reach out to me by emailing jtmswift@gmail.com. I am interested in scheduling a separate series for youth and am trying to gauge interest.

Cost:

$0-$20 per workshop, or $0-$60, sliding scale, for the series.

Please send a Venmo payment to @Remy-Swift, or send via Paypal to darlingmarin797@gmail.com. If you would like to pay by check, please email me and let me know!

Funds will be used for space rental for future classes and artist support.
