What is IPN for?

This platform for professional philosophers in India aims to address the following:
- Bring philosophers in India to a common platform
- Enable open discussions related to their academic concerns
- Foster connections and collaborations within the community
- Nurture the ecosystem of philosophy in India
Who can be part of this network?

This network is restricted to professionals working on Philosophy. This includes:
- Research scholars in academics working on Philosophy: PhD scholars, Post-doctoral scholars
- Philosophy faculty at various academic institutes: Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors.
- Professionals who are working on philosophy in non-academic organisations: writers producing philosophy content, philosophers working on NGO/Think-tanks, etc.
- Independent scholars (not affiliated with any institution) who have either a PhD in philosophy or have produced some philosophical works.
Please note that IPN strives to be inclusive of philosophers in India who come from diverse social, linguistic, regional backgrounds.
