This survey examines the correlation between high school girls golf motivation and a theory created by Michael Maccoby that utilizes the 4Rs of Motivation for business: responsibility (leadership), relationships (connections with coworkers), rewards (ability to win or succeed) , and reasons (why take part in a certain field of work).
