Mission Fair Vendor Form
Once again, First Baptist Church is holding our annual Mission Fair. This year it is on Sunday, October 29th. We would like your organization or ministry to be represented with an exhibit. Our booth areas will be in the foyer. Here is the schedule for the 2023 Mission Fair:

9:00am – 12:00pm: Mission Fair open
9:30am - 10:30am: Bible Study Classes*
11:00am – 12:00pm: Worship Service / Bible Study Classes

*Children and youth Sunday school classes will be circulating through the Mission Fair with an interactive activity so they can learn more about the various ministries and missions that are present at the Missions Fair.

Each organization is asked to create a booth that includes:
-People to host the exhibit who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the project.
-Information that pertains to your ministry and brochures or handouts that visitors may take from your booth
-2D or 3D objects are encouraged to enhance your visibility, as well as any decorations
-Volunteer sign ups are encouraged
-Organizations are also welcome to collect funds or sell merchandise, but FBC will not handle your collection of funds

Deadline for application is October 13th. Please send photos of your organization by October 23rd as well to mfollowell@sanmarcosfbc.org if you desire your organization to be reflected in the Mission Fair slideshow/video.

Our hope is that our congregation will become more aware of what God is doing in our church, in our community and in our world at large and are able to not only grasp the vision, but to be a part of it. Our Mission Fair is designed to get them connected in the ministries/missions God has called you to. Please help us provide this kind of environment.
