School Leadership Institute Candidate Application
This application is to be completed by the SLI Candidate by September 12, 2022. Please complete each section carefully and completely.  Once you have completed your application, please allow 48 hours for a confirmation email and further instructions.

A formal acceptance email will be sent out by September 23, 2022.  Applicants who were not selected for the 2022-2023 SLI program will be notified by email on September 23, 2022. and will be encouraged to apply the following year.
