If you have not yet received your Sunny Cup + Applicator order and would like a refund, please fill out ALL required information.

If you email us or try to request a refund through any channel (email, DMs, comments, etc.) other than this form, it WILL NOT be processed. Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Please note that all refunds can only be processed by refunding to the card or account used to make the original purchase. If that card or account is no longer active, please reach out to your bank.

Again, we apologize from the bottom of our hearts for the delays and uncertainty throughout this process. We have worked as diligently as we could for the past two years to get the Sunny Cups + Applicators to you in a timely manner, but have continued to face external forces outside of our control. We can't thank you all enough for your incredible support, patience, and belief in us as startup founders. The sadness we feel having to deliver this news alongside the uncertainty of the future of Sunny weighs heavy on hearts.
