This form is for requesting materials to check out from our main collection for curbside pick-up. This form is not for requesting Course Reserve scans. Our curbside pick-up service will only be available Monday - Thursday from 11am-6pm and Friday - Sunday from 12pm-4pm. When you arrive to campus to pick up your items, please remain in your vehicle and call the library at 845-848-7505. We will deliver your items directly to your car. Please wear a mask and have your DC ID (preferred) or your driver's license available to confirm your identity.
