Get ahead of the Christmas indulgences with a six week warm up spin session beginning on November 5 and ending on December 17. Classes will break for the holidays and return for the winter session on January 5, 2021 until April 15.

Classes are upstairs at 63 Broadway Ave (above Western Pet Supply)! Please park on Broadway or in the Coleman's Parking lot.

These fitness sessions are suitable for any age and any fitness level and are a mix between interval and endurance training. Follow along with the class rhythm or move at your own pace. Whatever you decide, you will leave sweaty and satisfied after every class!

You can buy a full season pass, or a booklet of 10 or 20 classes. Due to COVID 19 restrictions there will be a limit on class size. A pre-sign is required for EVERY class. Bookmark this ZONE4 link (https://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=24963) and sign up on the day of the class.
