Thank you for your interest in our 13-18's tryouts Sunday, October 30 at beginning at 12:45pm (16-18's) and 2:45pm (13-15's), located at Pawnee Heights High School. This form has been taken down so our staff can organize the comment sheets and assign tryout numbers. If you still need to register, you can register THE DAY OF at our sign-in table. Please bring $10 for your athlete's open gym fee and a printed copy or screenshot of her HOA card!
