Service Checklist
Please use the following checklist below to help you stay on track with everything you have to complete during an assigned pet care service!! Utilizing this checklist in combination with specific care notes will help you deliver high-quality service! Clients greatly appreciate you taking care of all necessary items!

Soon as you arrive...
Open up Precise Petcare > My Schedule > locate service box > click Arrived.
Review any and all service box notes.
Click on client's underlined name and review and familiarize yourself with their personal and pet profiles.
Approach client's home. If you spot packages, please bring inside.
Enter client's home calmly/confidently, ensuring no loose pets escape!
Once you're in client's home...
Fully close door behind you.
Remove shoes or wipe shoes well if keeping them on.
Locate and greet pets.
Check for handwritten notes on counter or table (usually in kitchen). Client might also leave sticky notes on things - check for those as well!
Complete any and all specified pet care duties in the order client specifies. This might include: walking, feeding, playtime, medication, potty breaks, etc.
*If dogs are present, and there's NO dog walk involved, POTTY BREAK RIGHT AWAY!
*If dogs are present, and there IS a dog walk involved, jump to that section below.
*If dogs are NOT present (ex: just cats), complete pet care duties accordingly (i.e. litter box, feeding, etc.).
IF DOG WALK IS INVOLVED:
Locate and place walking gear on dog. Make sure everything is attached correctly and securely!
Gather necessary walk equipment (poop bags, training treats, water, umbrella, and/or anything else specified by client).
Leave for walk! Lock door behind you and place key in lockbox.
Go on walk (for desired time and in desired walk route).
When returning, and if necessary, wipe down paws and underbellies so dog doesn't track mud in house.
Additional Items:
Check general area for any pet messes and clean accordingly (cleaning supplies location in client's personal profile notes).
Complete any and all specified house duties (see client's profile): MAIL, PLANTS, LIGHTS, BLINDS
Take pics for journal report - be mindful of # of photos client prefers!
Re-read pet care notes to ensure you've completed everything client has asked you to complete!
Before leaving client's home...
Is collar, leash, harness, garments back in original place?
If applicable, is dog crated? Double-check crate is locked properly!
Is house door locked, and key back in lockbox with combo jumbled up?
Hit Complete on the service box.
