Vendor Contract
This is an agreement between _____________________________(Vendor) and Innovative Dance Classic (Innovative Choreography & Olathe Northwest Raven Dance Team). This contract is for Innovative Dance Classic held on February 12, 2022 at Olathe Northwest High School. During the time leading up to the even, Innovative Choreography will advertise/recommend the vendor to their clients. On 2/12/22, the Vendor will have a table/booth located in the commons of ONWHS. Vendors may sell items from the beginning of the competition (time is TBA) to the conclusion of the competition (ending time is TBA). Tables are provided, and electricity is available (please bring an extension cord).
Terms of agreement:
*Innovative Choreography will display your information on their website. They will also post on social media about the vendor as advertising prior to February 12th, 2022.
*The vendor will pay Innovative Choreography, in the form of credit card or Venmo, $75 as an advertising and booth rental fee.
*The vendor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the table/booth at ONWHS on 2/12/22 (note: table is provided). You may arrive at one hour prior to the competition start time (TBA). The vendor is responsible for cleaning up the table/booth at the conclusion of the event.
*The vendor will be responsible for all payments with the clients.
*The vendor is responsible for remitting sales tax from sales at the event to the KDOR.
*Innovative Dance Classic, Innovative Choreography, and Olathe Northwest High School are not responsible for any customer claims.
In order to induce Innovative Choreography and Olathe Northwest HS to accept the application of the undersigned applicant will not hold Innovative Choreography or Olathe Northwest High School or its owner, directors, or employees liable for injuries sustained while participating in our competition.
