SPS Summer Fun Camp Sign Up-Cooking Camp
This form is to sign your child up for SPS's Summer Fun Cooking Camp, running June 8th-12th. Cooking camp will be taught by a real Italian chef and campers will be working with different types of ingredients to make and taste delicious recipes, all while learning some great cooking skills!

Camp runs from 9 am-1 pm. Cost for the Cooking Camp is $160 per child ($150 registration+$10 fee for food supplies). Please fill out a separate registration for each child.

Please note, SPS's Cooking Camp is NOT allergen free. Nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten may all be utilized throughout the week.

Payment is due upon registration. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a message with instructions on how to remit the $160 payment. There are NO REFUNDS for camps.
