YDAR is a completely youth-led organization. All decisions are made by Young Dems who have made the commitment to step up and join the Leadership Team. The Young Democrats of Arkansas starts with you-- your decision to get more involved, to take on responsibility, and to take ownership of your future and Arkansas's future.

This year, at our 77th Annual Convention, we will be electing new members of the Leadership Team to assist in leading our organization through the most consequential election in our lifetimes. Offices up for election at Convention that require prior filing include: the Vice Presidents of High Schools, Colleges, and Young Professionals, our National Committeeman and Committeewoman, and members of the Judicial Council.
