At the recent RHHOA annual meeting, the Board of Directors discussed creating a "membership email list" to supplement association communication. The Annual Meeting Newsletter will be mailed annually according to the association bylaws to inform memberships of the meeting. The email list will be used for meeting reminders, informational handouts, yearly dues reminders and supplemental newsletters throughout the year. The membership email list will not be shared with other association members nor be sold to any non-association outlet.
