Please complete one registration form for each child attending. We have limited spots available - enrollment will be first come, first served. 

A registration fee of $275 is due at enrollment once this form is completed and will be applied to the camp fees. Current/New CCCS students will be billed through FACTS. Non-CCCS students may pay the registration fee via credit card or check. Your spot will be reserved once the registration fee is received. All payments are non refundable due to the planning, staffing and purchasing that will take place before camp begins.
