INK Foundation - Bayaan Academy Enrollments - Registration Form 2023-24

Dear parents and guardians, please submit this form in order to commence enrollment into Bayaan Academy through INK Foundation. All information must be submitted by institutes when registering with Bayaan Academy for 2023-24 academic year. If student ID's are not submitted, the student will not be enrolled. (For girls, you may put a sticky note to block the picture).

It's imperative correct official names and date of birth be reflected on student report cards and transcripts.

All applicants (new and returning) must submit the form by August 23rd, 2023 or as soon as possible.

Bayaan Academy classes begin 
- Monday Aug 28, 2023 (for elementary and high school students) 
- Tuesday, Aug 29, 2023 (for middle school students). 

Note: The enrollment and fees are submitted through INK Foundation. Please disregard any other correspondence if applicant is a student at INK Foundation as well. 

Fees: The yearly tuition for Bayaan Academy is $2,000 for students enrolling through INK Foundation. An additional $200 technology fee is required upon enrollment.
