2022-2023 Communion of Saints Faith Formation Registration
Faith formation for the 2022-2023 school year will start on Wed. October 5th for 1st-5th graders, and Sunday October 9th for 6th-10th graders. Please keep an eye on the faith formation calendar on our website. 

All communication will be done through email, the bulletin, our Facebook page (Communion of Saints Catholic Community Faith Formation), and Remind notifications (instructions on how to sign up will follow). 

Registration cost is $50 per student, $100 max per family. You can pay in the St. Ann's parish office or online under "Faith Formation Dues".  
All students in grades 1-5 will receive a workbook from our new Word of Life curriculum from the Augustine Institute, which they will be able to keep at the end of the year, and parents will have access to the online platform. 
All students grades 6-10 will receive two books on prayer, as well as a prayer journal. 

JWP 1st-5th grade
  • Will have school release time from 2:15-3pm on Wednesdays starting October 5th.
  • We will be using the new Word of Life curriculum from the Augustine Institute
NRHEG 1st-5th grade
  • The teachers will determine a time to meet, and will be in contact with you.

First Communion will be April 23rd, 2023

All students 6th-10th grade
  • Will be meeting beginning October 9th. 
  • The first Sunday meeting of the month we will meet as a large group at St. Ann's Parish Center at 4pm, followed by Sunday Mass at 5:15. All other meetings of the month, students will meet with their small group. The place and time will be determined by the small group leaders. Your leaders will be in contact with you.
  • This year we will be diving into prayer, its importance, and how to pray.

I give permission to the JWP Public School and Palmer Busing to bus my child(ren) in grades 1st through 5th to and from the JWP Public School and St Ann Parish Center for participation in the Wednesday Faith Formation Program.  I understand that Palmer Bus Company will be providing the bus service.

"Circle of Grace" training must be taught every year during our Faith Formation program.  The "Circle of Grace" program reinforces in a peer setting, that their faith community cares about their safety and wants them to understand how to seek help if they feel unsafe for any reason.  I agree to have my child(ren) be part of the "Circle of Grace" training mandated by the Diocese of Winona/Rochester.
