1. Three wheels minimum (must be sufficient quality to support race car and driver)
2. Must have brakes sufficient to hold and stop race car
3. Must have place to put feet in safe manor
4. Cannot have any propulsion device other than gravity. (ie No springs, motors, launching devices, etc.)
4. Steering system must be safe and functional
6. Any building material can be used (wood, steel, plastic or any combination of materials)
7. No Sharp objects in driver area
8. Driver must wear a helmet while racing (Bike helmet at a minimum will suffice)

All cars will be inspected prior to racing and must pass inspection to participate/race
All contestants are required to sign a liability waiver in order to participate in this race
Any using of feet, hands or pushing of cart during race will be grounds for disqualification
