Ag Ed Three Circles Grant Application for Allocation
Please complete the following form to secure an allocation for the 2020-21 Ag Ed Three Circles Grant by July 31, 2020.

You will receive notification by email to follow with notification of the opening of the IWAS application to complete your budget application.

BEFORE YOU START THIS FORM COMPLETE THE DISTRICT MATCH EXCEL WORKBOOK: There is a Three Circles District Match Excel workbook to help you determine the district's financial obligations for the grant and the grant allocation. This workbook will be required to be uploaded in the IWAS budget application (which will have a start date of July 1, 2020). It can be downloaded by using the following link: https://www.isbe.net/_layouts/Download.aspx?SourceUrl=/Documents/District-Salary-Match-Worksheet-FY21.xlsx

It is recommended that the district administrator who will be overseeing this grant complete this form. If it is not completed by a district administrator, it is your responsibility to ensure the district administrator receives a copy of this form. A copy will be emailed to the email address you enter below upon completion of the form.

If your district is currently in salary negotiations, please go ahead and fill out the form. I would ask that you indicate the highest numbers possible on the salary and benefits. This will allow ISBE to earmark the funds for you. We can always decrease the funds after the fact if the settled amounts are lower, but we will not be able to add more funds to your allocation due to the manner in which the budget is developed.
