At-Home Device Usage Form
In order to ensure that the District has an adequate number of chromebooks for all students, please answer the following question and submit as soon as possible.  Submissions are due by May 27, 2022.

Note: If selecting “No”, the student is still required to have a chromebook during school hours. Student will need to checkout a chromebook at the Library in the morning, and then check them in before leaving school grounds. Some teachers do require students to complete homework at home and on a chromebook. We can not guarantee a family’s personal chromebook will have the same ability, functionality, and security compared to a district issued chromebook.
