London Youth Games Cross Country 2022 - Team Southwark Registration

The London Youth Games Cross competition is on Saturday 19th November at Parliment Hill.

Applicants must provide a parkrun time (please provide both a junior and 5k park run if they have both) between 4th September 2021 and 30th October 2022 .

Registration and consent forms must be completed and submitted by 9am on Monday 31st October 2022. 

The Southwark Sport & Physical Activity team will contact you to confirm if you have been selected and provide further information on the event.
 
All entries will be assessed and verified and all applications will be contacted with the final outcome.

Parental Consent Statement

My child is in good health and I consider him/her capable of taking part in the London Youth Games Cross Country race  (if selected) on Saturday 19th November 2022.

I have completed the medical details and consent that in the event of any illness/accident, any necessary treatment can be administered to my child, which may include the use of anaesthetic.

I also understand that while staff and London Youth Games personnel will take every precaution to ensure that accidents do not happen, they cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child.

Selection Process

We will only take into consideration those people who have emailed their fully completed forms submitted by the deadline 9am Monday 31st October 2022. 

All athletes will be informed in writing via email of their selection, or otherwise, by the Southwark Sport & Physical Activity Team.
