FREE TAKE OUT SCHOOL MEALS - ANWSD ORDER FORM
We are providing take out breakfast and lunch for students who are learning remotely and for children 18 years old and under. We request that you sign up using the form below so we can plan, however signing up is not required.

You can order meals for ANY child in your household age 18 and under even if they are not students.

When you sign up you will get both breakfast and lunch. At the weekly pick up you will get 6 meals (3 breakfasts and 3 lunches for each child)

Pick up for ALL students is at the Vergennes Union High School on Wednesdays from 4:00  - 5:30

ALL TAKE OUT SCHOOL MEALS are FREE

This order form is for meal pick up on Wednesday February 3, 2021.

Fill out the form below to order meals.  We request orders by MONDAY at 4:00 p.m for the following week.

PICK UP TIME - 4:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m.

PICK UP LOCATION- Pick up will be CURBSIDE and contactless.
 Vergennes Union High School - Front Entrance - look for signs.
