TCDC Financial Assistance Application

TCDC Financial Assistance Program is designed to assist qualifying individuals with the cost of dance registration. If you qualify for assistance through Creative Kids or JRMCC, we encourage you to apply through them first. TCDC applications are considered on a case by case basis depending on our funding available. Coverage amount may vary.

Low income families (or individuals) can apply to have their registration fee covered or subsidized, based on funding available.

To qualify applicants must provide:

1. Completed Online Application(below)

2. Proof of Household Income.

Approval for assistance is based on flexible criteria and a variety of factors. Applicants must meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements to qualify. Please check all that apply: *

I understand that I must submit proof of household income, within 30 days of application, by sending TCDC a copy of most recent Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment (NOA) for each adult in the household. If your current income differs from your NOA, please also include 2 recent pay stubs or other documents that reflect your current income.
