Battle of the Brands Band Submission Form
Thank you so much for considering joining us for Battle of the Brands, Round 3! Our super fun event will be held on Friday, November 8th  at The Chapel in San Francisco.

To qualify, each band must:
 - Represent a local company, aka brand.
 - Have at least one member employed by the company represented; if your company hires U2, they have to let you sit in
 - Commit to a minimum of $5,000 in fundraising (through sponsorship, corporate match, ticket sales, etc.)
 - All band entries are subject to approval by the Blue Bear panel and event committee
 - We wish we could have everyone! However, only 7 bands will be chosen. Bands will be notified by 8/25/19.
