Club Presidents and District Representatives are encouraged to submit a request to host licensing courses. Requests to host must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the desired date. Courses are scheduled based on instructor availability, existence of a suitable facility and proximity of other scheduled courses.  Complete entire form.
