If you’ve said yes to our online event, this form serves as your registration. The registration will remain open until just before the event.

We will:

* be sharing the data with @UKGovCamp and @govcampnorth organising teams for purpose of running events.
* be creating a diverse and inclusive environment. To help us do this we are collecting some diversity data. This data is intended to give us a picture of our strengths, and identify areas where we can improve.
* take a balanced approach to gender identity ticketing. To help do that we have made this question mandatory.
* monitor numbers for the events and may have to limit access to provide the best attendee experience.

This is what we do with the data:
* publish the results at an aggregate level without any identifiable information attached, for the tickets and attendees
* provide a list of Twitter usernames on @UKGovCamp and @govcampnorth so that you connect with other people coming to the events
* create graphics with the Twitter usernames to promote the events
* we will send you an attendee pack if you shared your postal address with us (optional) and are just attending our joint online event.

* We do not share data with anyone else
* We retain data only for the duration of the event and will delete this by the end of January 2023
