The event is organised by the European Parliament together with the University of Barcelona's European Observatory on Memories (EUROM) and the Altiero Spinelli Institute.

The participants for the JEF delegation are chosen by JEF-Europe. For the selected and wait-listed participants, JEF-Europe will communicate the responses to the European Parliament.
