Overview

OB Great is an (online exclusive) one-on-one Zoom, Facetime, Skype, and Whatsapp communication platform to provide cost-efficient mental health support, tutoring aid, career service advice, and more.  Our mission as OB Great Influencers is to improve the quality of our customer's lives by providing self-improvement options. We seek to utilize our academic skills to tutor those who need guidance to overcome the adversities of many experiences when in school or wanting to learn outside of school. Additionally, we provide career services so that individuals may learn interviewing skills and public speaking skills to navigate the forever changing world. Moreover, OB Great strategically prioritizes relationship-building and skill-building methods to successfully aid any and everyone because of our experiences in the past needing the same assistance.

If You Are Selected

During your employment, you will be paid according to how many customers book a session with you. Sessions may range from $5 to $20 (depending on the session you agree to pursue or have been approved by Macia), and 10% will come back to the business for tax. Your compensation will be paid in regular installments and in accordance with how regular customers book you. You are subject to applicable tax and other withholdings, which will only be 10% of what you make with OB Great. This unique position will allow you to choose your own availability, so along with the attachment below, add the days and times you would like to reserve for bookings.



Disclaimer

At-Will Employment: Your employment with OB Great is "at will," and thus you or us at OB Great may terminate your employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. OB Great reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change your compensation and/or employee benefits at any time on a prospective basis.

Additional Agreements: As a condition of your employment, you agree to execute any additional agreements required by OB Great at the start of your employment. This includes any agreements that relate to your confidentiality or intellectual property assignment obligations to OB Great. You further agree that at all times during your employment (and afterward as applicable), you will be bound by, and will fully comply with, these additional agreements.

Contingencies: This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of any background or reference checks requested by OB Great. For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide OB Great documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three business days following the start of your employment, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.
