We encourage self-nominations and/or nomination by a colleague: This will need endorsement, in the form of a referee, by their clinical supervisor and a current BIPA member. They will be contacted, only for those candidates, who are short listed to gather any additional information supporting the application.
The nomination entry will be based on the form below, which, will be included with other applications and the shortlisting, will be done by three senior BIPA members, who are not applying/nominated for any of the awards.
Please make sure the nominee has given their permission to submit for this award and has agreed to attend in person to receive the award at gala dinner ceremony on 5 July 2025.
The nomination forms will be scored from score (1-5).
This category will have a shortlist of 3 applications, from which the final winner will be chosen. The final winner will be announced at the conference gala dinner.
All shortlisted applicants will get a certificate of achievement for being nominated from BIPA Awards. Given the importance of recognising the work and the greater importance of sharing the achievement with your near and dear ones, we have decided to accommodate family members of those shortlisted for the awards ceremony (for a nominal entry fee).
We understand the importance of recognising achievements and celebrating with your dear and near ones.
To make this special occasion even more memorable, we invite you to extend the celebration by purchasing additional dinner tickets for your guests at a cost of £50 per ticket.
