In consideration of acceptance of my child’s registration, I agree that I will not hold CARGO, its staff and volunteers responsible for personal injuries, property loss or damage while involved in club activities. I agree to keep my account in good standing. I will accept financial responsibility for the replacement cost of any club equipment, lost, stolen or damaged while in my child’s possession.

I agree to receive messages from my Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta member club, and from Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta at rga.rgalberta.com.   

I, as adult guardian for my child, or as an adult participant of CARGO programs, understand that CARGO, RGA (Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta) and Gymnastics Canada have the right to take photographs, videotape or digital recordings of the participant and may use these in any or all media. This includes posting competition/performance results on CARGO website, Facebook page, newsletters and any media affiliated with Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta and Gymnastics Canada which can be viewed by anyone with access to internet or publications. I understand that I can withdraw my consent to photographs by submitting, in writing my request, directed to Club Privacy Officer

I understand that my account is to remain in good standing. Any damage to club equipment including bodysuits will be billed to the participant for replacement cost. Any event fees, recreational or competitive, will be paid in full prior to the event including coaching and/or management fees. Non-payment of fees will result in non-participation in the event.

All athletes, parents, guardians, CARGO staff and volunteers understand that at ANY club event, including practices, behaviour is to be polite and respectful to the public, the event organizers and fellow team members.  Inappropriate language or conduct will not be tolerated.
