Learn to teach a curriculum developed to coach FS to Certificate B skydivers and beyond.  
The course is designed and taught by Christy Frikken
Tried and tested across the USA as part of the Women’s Skydiving Network Mentor Program
Based on current best practice Formation Skydiving and Relative Work techniques

This course will be delivered through September / October 2022 and involve:
4x2 hour webinars working directly with Christy Frikken who will share best practice tools and techniques, resources, tips, and tricks to introduce finessed flying techniques to others and organize safe and successful skydives, note approx. 2 hours per week of homework and preparation activities
A 2 day weekend practical camp at an NSW DZ, to practice the program elements with each other and with volunteer skydivers, facilitated by Melissa Harvie
A 1-1 follow up call with Christy Frikken, to plan your personal coach development path

The NSW Sport Grant provides a significant subsidy towards your participation cost.
The registration fee for this event is $150 per person (assumes 10 participants)
NSW Sport will subsidize the additional delivery cost of $800 per person  
Jump tickets for the 2 day weekend practical camp will be in addition, at your own expense (assume up to 10 jumps)

All appropriate experience levels are welcome to apply, but please review the requirements below to make sure you qualify.
Minimum requirements: All applicants must identify as Female and have at least 250 jumps and a Certificate C, have proven flying skills finessed since B Rels, some FS team experience and an intention to mentor and coach others
Mentors and Coaches must be great representatives, so a fantastic attitude is required
We may request supplemental materials to aid us in selection - after we receive your application form, we may request a letter of recommendation and video of your flying skills and/or previous flying
Preference will be given to NSW residents and those who intend coaching a team for State Championships
