By completing this form, I am assigning my votes for the 2022 annual meeting to Bob Rosen, president of Mill Glen. He will vote on my behalf at the Annual Meeting of the Mill Glen Swim Club to be held on October 16, 2022 based on his own judgement.  This authorization shall terminate after the completion of the annual meeting.
