Clinical Chair: Responsible for finding an EMT or nurse who can volunteer to come and teach blood pressure and blood glucose to the team. They should also make a pharmacy “cheat sheet” so everyone is familiar with the medications they will be distributing during clinics.

Communication Chair [Secretary]: This person is responsible for diffusing information to the team on a regular basis. They should take meeting minutes at both chapter and eboard meetings and send post meeting follow ups to everyone. They should track attendance and request make-up work from anyone not in attendance. They should monitor the chapter’s email and respond to interns/applicants in a timely manner.

Social Media/PR Chair: Responsible for regularly updating the chapter’s social media pages to gain more awareness.

Finance Chair [Treasurer]: This person is responsible for managing your team’s budget and keeping track of the medication/supply fund. They should report to the Team Leader how much money is being raised through each fundraiser and how much each volunteer has raised.

Language Chair: This person is responsible for creating a “language cheat sheet” so everyone is familiar with basic phrases in your host country’s language (Khmer, Spanish, or Vietnamese). This volunteer should have the highest speaking level out of everyone on the team.

Fundraising Chair: Responsible for collaborating with the team to plan a minimum of four group fundraisers throughout the year.
