Designathon Interest Form: CONTRIBUTORS
Thank you for your interest in being a CONTRIBUTOR at the Designathon, which will be virtually hosted on December 4th by Firefly Innovations.

If you are interested in sharing your skills and expertise with innovators and would like to attend the Designathon as a CONTRIBUTOR, please complete this form by December 3rd at 12:00pm (EDT).

This Designathon seeks to inspire and develop creative communication-based solutions that break the HIV epidemic in the US among same gender loving men. If you have expertise, networks, or skills that could help strengthen solutions that are focused on one or more of these themes, and would like to join the event to help shape an innovator’s solution, please click the button below to complete an interest form. A wide range of skills is critical to creating human-centered, compelling solutions — health, policy, education, engineering, design, marketing, business planning, art, performance, community engagement, and more.

We encourage people of all backgrounds and disciplines to apply. This event aims to include people within and outside of the health space. Interest forms will be reviewed by Firefly Innovations, and roughly 50 expert contributors will be chosen to participate and grouped with up to 8 teams.
