Online Library Card Signup
Please fill out this form if you'd like a GSML card. You must be a South Windham resident in order to receive one of our library cards; if you live in a different town, you will need to get a library card from the town you reside in. You can use any valid CT library card at GSML.

After submitting the completed form, please bring your photo ID to the library and staff will give you your physical card. You must complete all fields in the form in order to receive a card.

You will be able to access all of our physical and online resources for 3 years with a GSML card.
